Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate systems, determine maintenance needs, and plan work assignments.
• Facilitate or perform maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage work order system, estimate labor and materials, and track costs.
• Maintain records (maintenance log, mileage log, OSHA log).
• Supervise and train maintenance workers; provide mentoring and safety training.
