Job summary

You will schedule inspections, manage daily operations, and provide reports to the Director of Plant Operations. Shift includes on-site work and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to lead project teams and read blueprints.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department.
• Provides leadership and direction to maintenance staff.
• Supervises preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitors safety and ensures compliance with codes and MVHS policies.
• Coordinates with HR on performance, hires and actions as needed.
• Responds to emergency repairs and provides weekend coverage.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates vendor quotes for projects.
• Produces monthly maintenance reports for the Director of Plant Operations.
