Job summary

Ilocatum in Connecticut seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead all facility and equipment maintenance activities, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure production equipment operates safely and reliably. You will plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage CMMS, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations to drive uptime and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Prior maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery and facility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and staff.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain production machinery, facility systems, utilities, and supporting equipment.
• Reduce downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Develop maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
• Manage CMMS, work orders, records, and spare parts inventory.
• Track maintenance KPIs including downtime and reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and manage department budgets; collaborate with leadership.
