Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, facilities management, or related field.
• Five+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership/supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery, HVAC, compressors, boilers and facility systems.
• Experience using a CMMS or similar maintenance-management platform.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain production machinery, facility systems, utilities, and supporting equipment.
• Reduce equipment downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Develop maintenance schedules that support production requirements.
• Manage CMMS, work orders, maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory.
• Establish and track maintenance performance indicators including downtime and reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, repairs, and capital projects.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety policies and environmental standards.
• Support continuous-improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance department budgets.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations leadership.
• Provide hands-on technical support when complex equipment issues arise.
