Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in North Carolina to guide and coordinate maintenance across production, facilities and utilities. You will oversee mechanics, train staff, and ensure timely completion of both routine and non-routine tasks while documenting work and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading teams, identifying root causes of equipment issues, maintaining PM procedures, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety policies.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coordinate and oversee routine and non-routine maintenance/repairs of equipment for production, facilities and/or utilities.
• Assess problems, identify root causes, perform necessary repairs and document actions.
• Coordinate activities and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Establish and maintain procedures for routine preventive maintenance (PM).
• Identify critical spare parts and maintain inventories to minimize downtime and maximize production.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety policies, procedures and practices.
• Communicate with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, peers and subordinates.
• Notify management if specifications cannot be met or safety/quality is at risk.
• Review and document work completed by employees; conduct employee performance reviews.
• Ensure safety equipment is functional and safety procedures are followed.
• Work on other projects as requested by management.
• Support Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality Management Systems as per role.
