Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Belden, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct day-to-day production activities, assign tasks, and coordinate machine maintenance with Electro/Mechanical Tech resources. The role supports safe, efficient operations and implements improvement ideas.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in manufacturing or distribution, prior supervision, and experience with warehouse processes; an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have supervision experience and knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse processes.
• Experience coordinating machine maintenance and supporting maintenance personnel.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Support continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment.
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions.
