Job summary

ONEOK, a Fortune 500 midstream leader, is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance near Weatherford, TX. The role requires subject-matter expertise in instrumentation and electrical systems, maintenance, DOT regulations, project management, O&M budgets, and staff supervision.

You will lead teams across engines, compressors, pumps, vessels, and piping, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, review analyses, and prepare budgets and AFEs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and/or assist employees performing mechanical work on engines and equipment at various locations including but not limited to: internal combustion, diesel, natural gas engines; compressors, generators, turbines, electrical equipment, and well equipment; vessels, piping, valves, instrumentation, and controls; heaters, boilers, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
• Ensure completion of routine prevention, predictive, and compliance maintenance work including paper documentation.
• Coordinate system improvements and modifications and other special projects.
• Determine materials needed and prepare authorization for expenses (AFE’s) for major maintenance items.
• Review oil analysis to determine potential problems and set Process Safety Management (PSM) frequencies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements, preparing appropriate documentation.
• Provide information and/or assistance to management and employees regarding daily work activities, scheduling, operational changes, etc
• Responsibilities may include DOT-covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.
