Job summary

ONEOK seeks a detail-oriented Supervisor, Maintenance to lead maintenance activities near Weatherford, TX. You will be a subject matter expert in instrumentation and electrical systems, DOT regulations, project management, and staff supervision.

The role focuses on supervising mechanical work on engines and equipment, ensuring preventive and predictive maintenance, budgeting, and reporting, while maintaining compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compressors, turbines, pumps, and other rotating equipment in gas and gas liquids applications.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, electrical and process control equipment and systems.
• Familiarity with piping, valves, pressure relief devices, and related mechanical integrity inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and/or assist employees performing mechanical work on engines and equipment at multiple locations, including engines, compressors, turbines, electrical equipment, vessels, piping, valves and instrumentation.
• Ensure completion of routine preventive, predictive, and compliance maintenance with proper documentation.
• Coordinate system improvements and modifications and other special projects.
• Prepare expenses approvals (AFEs) for major maintenance items and manage reports and correspondence (budgets, oil analyses, quotes, and drawings).
• Review oil analysis and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements and prepare related documentation.
