Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor in Training to support our Richmond area properties. You will lead a service team across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more, schedule turns, and ensure quality repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years trade-related experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification required.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Valid driver's license and tools required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Schedule in-house and vendor work; supervise turns.
• Share on-call coverage with the team.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and deliver customer-focused service.
