Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor II for the Menlo Park, CA community. Manage staff and outside contractors to maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and systems in a 215-unit property.

Responsibilities include budgeting assistance, bid management, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires 3+ years in property management, a CPO within 6 months, and weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• CPO certification within 6 months of employment required.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience a must.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtains bids for work from outside contractors and submits bids for action.
• Orders and receives supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinates work by outside vendors and inspects completed work for conformance to specs.
• Inspects facilities and equipment to determine needs and hours required for completion.
