Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II for ABCD Portfolio, a 143-unit elderly, affordable housing community across Roxbury, Dorchester and Mattapan, MA. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure property condition aligns with ownership and management goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, 1–3 years of supervisory work, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of apartment/property/building maintenance experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Prior experience with Nspire is required.
• CAMT certification preferred or required, as applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members to ensure quality work.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff with safety and accountability.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendor activities.
• Manage preventive maintenance, inspections, and curb appeal initiatives.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Review inspections, obtain bids, and assist with capital projects.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
