Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Nazareth, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor IIB to lead daily maintenance activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable plant performance. You will coordinate with operations, plan parts, and supervise contractors while maintaining comprehensive maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Proficient in SAP PM, AutoCAD, and reading mechanical & hydraulic diagrams & blueprints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
