OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR I - EL PASO, TX

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our community, Desert Peaks! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in property management. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee employee activities and coordinate with outside contractors involved in maintaining and repairing physical structures and grounds.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Directing employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
2. Obtaining bids from outside contractors and analyzing them for submission to superiors.
3. Ordering and receiving supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
4. Coordinating and inspecting work performed by outside vendors for quality and compliance.
5. Inspecting facilities and equipment to determine needs and scope of work.
6. Studying production schedules and estimating worker hours.
7. Adjusting work procedures to meet schedules.
8. Suggesting improvements to working conditions and equipment use.
9. Assisting the Property Manager in planning and managing the maintenance budget.
10. Participating in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Preferred Yardi experience.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as required.

Salary range is TBD. We offer a competitive compensation package including a 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, rental discounts, and more depending on location. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours weekly are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and vacation accrual. Sick time is accrued as per law.
