Job summary

CSP Composite is seeking a Maintenance Leader to oversee the Maintenance Department during non-peak times and to perform startup/shutdown and preventive maintenance. You will be responsible for equipment setup, testing, and documentation, including mold and die setups, and for training other maintenance staff in proper procedures.

The role requires hands-on repair work, system diagnostics, and the ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a maintenance leadership role preferred.
