Job summary

The Siegel Group operates Siegel Suites and Select properties, including Albuquerque, NM. The Maintenance Level 1 role handles daily unit turnover, work orders, and monthly preventative maintenance under the Property Manager’s guidance.

You will address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related system repairs while guiding junior staff and coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• 5+ years’ experience as a maintenance engineer.
• 2+ years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn units and perform daily maintenance and work orders as assigned by the Property Manager.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on all units and common areas.
• Supervise and train maintenance assistants, improving turnover times.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Verify room readiness and availability to rent.
• Maintain OSHA compliance in shop and work areas.
