Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking a Maintenance Level 1 technician for Siegel Select San Antonio. This on-site role covers daily unit turnover, work orders, and preventive maintenance under the Property Manager's guidance.

Candidates should have multi-trade skills (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), with at least 5 years in maintenance and 2 years in leadership, plus own tools and legal work eligibility.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance duties.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance engineering.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Own maintenance tools and legal work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance to turn units and respond to work orders.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance across all units.
• Supervise and train maintenance assistants.
• Coordinate with the property manager and vendors to ensure timely service.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant maintenance areas.
