Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel equipment—kitchen, laundry, HVAC, electrical and plumbing—running with minimal downtime. You’ll diagnose issues and perform repairs with the team.

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of trade-related training. You’ll work varied shifts, lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally climb ladders; safety and detail matter. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install/replace light fixtures and bulbs and conduct inspections.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials and proper reporting.
• Secure building and monitor security systems as needed.
