PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep kitchen, laundry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms in top condition with minimal downtime.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of trade-related training or experience. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of trade-related training/experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry.
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hotel equipment across kitchen, laundry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms with minimal downtime.
• Make repairs and installations as needed, perform inspections and proactively address issues.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and proper reporting of malfunctions.
• Assist with building security, including locks and access control as required.
