Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of our hotel portfolio. You’ll support engineering leaders, diagnose defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and train hourly staff to uphold White Lodging standards.

You will join a team focused on guest experience, efficiency, and safety, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth across multiple properties in our market. Excellent communication and blueprint-reading skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining, leading, and managing hotel maintenance operations.
• Support Engineering leaders in meeting standards for maintenance and upkeep.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action.
• Assist with training hourly maintenance staff.
• Perform additional duties as required.
