Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of a premium hotel, ensuring upkeep aligns with brand and guest expectations. You will troubleshoot defects, lead hourly maintenance staff, and collaborate with Engineering leaders to uphold safety and quality.

Hospitality engineering or facility management experience is required, with emphasis on detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, and manuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, lead, and manage the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support Engineering leaders to meet standards for brand and guests.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action.
• Assist training of hourly maintenance staff.
• Other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
