Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance leadership or reliability.
• Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing full shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and direct repairs.
• Coordinate preventive & predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across maintenance work.
