Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to direct production and distribution operations for a plant shift, including managing production personnel, performance, and employee safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with two years related supervisory experience in wood treating or lumber industry.
• Experience supervising production and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and shipping of products per company policies, principles, and procedures established by the Plant Manager.
• Ensures employee safety and compliance with governing regulatory agencies, including OSHA and EPA.
• Oversees housekeeping of plant facilities and equipment during shift operations.
• Maintains positive employee relations and compliance with employment policies and regulations.
