Job summary

Searchmasters Inc in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage and oversee maintenance programs for a renewable natural gas plant. You will provide hands-on mechanical support to ensure optimal plant performance and develop preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

The role requires experience in oil & gas or gas processing environments, and a BS degree is preferred. You will enforce LOTO safety procedures, evaluate equipment effectiveness, and coordinate outages

• Administer and enforce Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures
• Evaluate equipment effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate and schedule plant downtime and planned outages to maximize operational efficiency
• Conduct inventory checks of critical spare parts to ensure availability and readiness
