The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience, and a solid understanding of maintenance philosophies, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industries. This full-time role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, emphasizing safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid understanding of maintenance philosophies, including Reliability Engineering, with experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.
• Preferred experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing; chocolate production experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively across all levels, functions, and departments, including within Union environments.
• Familiarity with environmental, health, safety, and security standards specific to food production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality and efficiency of all systems, minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and recognize team members while holding them accountable for performance.
• Foster an environment where safety is paramount and safety protocols are consistently followed.
• Review production schedules, allocate labor resources, and ensure completed work meets standards.
• Facilitate smooth shift transitions and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
