Horseshoe Beverage Company LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for our Neenah, Wisconsin facility. You will operate packaging equipment for beverages in cans and bottles, perform quality checks, and assist in the packaging area.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Experience with food production or machine operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate beverage processing and packaging equipment for cans and bottles.
• Collaborate with team to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Change over equipment between production runs and document changes.
• Maintain inventory records in the ERP system and handle forklift tasks.
