Job summary

Crowley is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance of yard tractors, service trucks, forklifts, and related equipment at port facilities and customer sites. The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance and schedules while leading a team of 10–15 skilled workers.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years in repair/maintenance and 2–3 years of supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in repair and maintenance of transportation equipment or facilities.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in related area.
• Strong union leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Supervise repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities at port facilities, customer locations, container yards, and off-site repair facilities.
• Administer preventive maintenance programs and develop work schedules.
• Normally supervise from ten to fifteen skilled and semi-skilled employees.
