Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Forest Park, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance at the Forest Park plant, ensuring machinery and systems run safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize tasks, develop a preventive maintenance program, schedule inspections, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and keep operations compliant.

This is a first-shift, on-site role with occasional flexibility to support other shifts and a strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an engineering/maintenance degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Experience with SAP and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and equipment criticality.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
