Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Nacona in Glendale, AZ. You will lead a team of service and facilities technicians, oversee hands-on maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across the community.

The role requires 2+ years in a maintenance leadership role within multifamily, EPA/HVAC/CPO/OSHA certifications, and strong customer service. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Maintenance Manager or Supervisor in multifamily.
• Certifications: EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and training experience.
• Strong service orientation and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to protect community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and more.
• Manage Make-Ready and Turn Board inventory to support leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors; manage on-call rotations.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, inspections and logs.
