Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Chambersburg, PA area operations. You will lead the maintenance team, monitor equipment, and ensure safety and reliability of facilities and vehicles.

The role includes developing maintenance programs, controlling budgets, and negotiating with vendors. The position requires a HS diploma, supervisory experience, and knowledge of transportation regulations. Evening shift, salary around $75,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year+ experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience, required.
• Knowledge of Federal and state transportation regulations, beginner level.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance work team to meet objectives and manage performance.
• Track building and equipment repair and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee maintenance of material handling equipment and scheduled servicing.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize disruptions.
• Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts with outside vendors.
