Job summary

Ryder in Chambersburg, PA is looking for an Inventory Supervisor (2nd shift) to oversee warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and related operations. The role reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and supports KPI achievement for GMP, safety, quality, and productivity.

The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, with salary ranging from $62,000 to $65,000 per year. Exempt position requiring strong organization, communication, and analytical skills; experience with WMS and Lean

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years in manufacturing/production/distribution inventory required.
• Two or more years supervisory experience required.
• Two or more years PC inventory and accounting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, and inventory costs.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop and manage the cycle count program and inventory hold/recycle processes.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly staff on inventory issues.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
