Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility and equipment maintenance in a growing manufacturing setting. You will guide the maintenance team, oversee preventive and corrective programs, and ensure equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will manage budgets, coordinate capital projects, and collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations leadership while providing hands-on technical support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Experience using a CMMS or maintenance-management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain production machinery, facility systems, utilities, and supporting equipment.
• Reduce equipment downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Develop maintenance schedules that support production requirements.
• Manage the CMMS, work orders, maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory.
• Establish and track maintenance KPIs including downtime and reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, repairs, and capital projects.
• Manage relationships with outside contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety policies, environmental standards, and regulations.
• Support continuous-improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance department’s budgets.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations leadership.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues.
