Job summary

MG Properties in Beaverton, OR, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and repair at Emerald Place. You will manage routine maintenance, supervise staff, coordinate resident service requests, and ensure safety compliance across the community.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory maintenance role, experience with properties of 150+ units, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades is required.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect maintenance staff work.
• Manage resident service requests workflow.
• Coordinate and direct maintenance staff and scheduling.
• Conduct regular safety meetings.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Emerald Place, in Beaverton, OR!
As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Managing system for handling resident service requests
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
