Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Emerald Place in Beaverton, OR. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead a team, and ensure timely repairs across the community.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining preventive maintenance records. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
• Experience with 150+ units specific property management environment.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise maintenance staff.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Emerald Place, in Beaverton, OR!

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
• Must have experience in all trades.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
