Job summary

MG Properties in Gresham, OR, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience and at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a large apartment setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. We offer compensation of $24-$25/hour, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and a/c.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Availability for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Performing painting and apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
