MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Emerald Place in Beaverton, OR. You will oversee maintenance and repair operations across the community, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate safety and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory maintenance experience, managing at least 150 units, and proficiency in all trades. A valid driver’s license and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance.
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff.
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!
