Job summary

Crocs Dayton Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the facility, equipment, and overall operational efficiency of the distribution center.

You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage projects and service requests, coordinate with vendors, and help drive continuous improvement to support customers, wholesale partners, and retail stores with excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational education in a related field.
• 4 years of experience leading maintenance teams in DC or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and facilities techs; mentor and evaluate performance.
• Establish PM scopes and schedules to improve uptime.
• Manage service requests, spare parts, preventive maintenance using CMMS.
• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance requests and safety compliance.
