Intersand America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily activities in the Byron Center, Michigan plant. You will manage a team of six technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent communication. The position is full-time with day shifts and potential overtime to meet production needs.

Formación

• Knowledge of managing industrial maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing production equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Critical thinking with troubleshooting skills.
• OSHA requirements knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of six Maintenance Technicians.
• Prepare schedules and assign work; ensure quality.
• Administer preventive maintenance for all machinery.
• Manage maintenance inventory and parts ordering.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors for equipment maintenance.
• Schedule building inspections to meet compliance standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with plant departments.
• Support Plant Manager with additional duties as needed.
