Job summary

Titan America, LLC seeks a Maintenance Foreman at its Richmond, VA facility to supervise daily maintenance of mixer trucks and concrete plant equipment. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires leading the maintenance team, coordinating schedules, and driving safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and computer skills; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience maintaining equipment in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Supervisory experience of 3-5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fundamental computer experience is required.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a Safety First mentality and leads monthly safety meetings.
• Oversees maintenance programs and day-to-day supervision of maintenance functions.
• Meet daily maintenance schedules and analyze breakdown trends.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance during/on off-duty hours.
• Direct and develop maintenance staff and processes to standard operating procedures.
• Track KPI performance and ensure equipment availability to meet targets.
• Provide project management direction for timely, on-budget projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
