Job summary

Titan America, LLC, a leading heavy building materials company in the eastern United States, is seeking a Maintenance Foreman in Richmond, VA. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and oversees daily maintenance on mixer trucks, concrete plant equipment, and facilities.

Responsibilities include leading safety, maintaining preventive programs, supervising staff, meeting schedules, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of equipment maintenance experience in industrial/commercial settings.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance on mixer trucks, concrete plant equipment, and facilities.
• Lead safety initiatives and monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Manage maintenance team and training to uphold procedures.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
