Job summary

Titan America, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Truck Maintenance Helper to perform maintenance and repair of mixer trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires hands-on diagnostic skills, preventative maintenance, and strong safety commitment. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related automotive repair experience, own tools, and the ability to work outdoors, nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in automotive or commercial vehicle repair.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, suspensions, drive-train components, electrical and air conditioning.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance inspections and scheduling.
• CDL preferred or ability to obtain CDL license.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repair of Mixer Trucks, Loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, suspensions, drive-train components, electrical, A/C and brakes.
• Analyze blueprints and work orders to troubleshoot, repair and install equipment.
• Complete PMI inspections; document parts usage and repair times.
• Work under supervision to maximize truck utilization and plant productivity.
• Travel between local sites as needed (up to 100%).
