Job summary

Live Bryten's Club at Coldwater Springs in Avondale, AZ seeks a floating maintenance technician to keep a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances; perform make-readies; conduct routine inspections; participate in on-call rotation; maintain records and communicate with residents.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, reliability, and excellent customer service, with on-site work and the ability to handle varied

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC certification preferred.
Experience with apartment or facilities maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Completing service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
Performing preventative maintenance on community equipment, buildings, and common areas.
Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing make-readies and turn processes.
Conducting routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
Assisting with emergency maintenance situations and participating in an on-call rotation as required.
Maintaining community curb appeal through regular upkeep of grounds, common areas, and property amenities.
Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Maintaining accurate records of completed work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Communicating effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Assisting with inventory management and maintaining appropriate levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Supporting community improvement projects and capital improvement initiatives as needed.
Promoting a positive, safe, and welcoming community environment.
Performing other duties as assigned.
