Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee all day-to-day maintenance operations, manage the budget, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure a high level of service and safety across the property.

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join team at the Altura Apartments , a brand new, luxury, 201-unit community located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Community Manager to oversee all day-to-day needs of the community. The Maintenance Supervisor must possess adequate trade-related proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service as well as strong tactical and technical ability to effectively maintain the campus and all mechanical, and structural needs of the property. This role requires familiarity with a maintenance budget and sufficient financial and organizational acumen to effectively manage contractor services and parts inventory.
