Materion Corporation in Ohio seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Bulk Products Department's maintenance activities and lead a working team to keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition to meet production targets.
The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma or GED (engineering degree preferred), and supervisory experience. You will manage preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and cost control while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range: $79,200-103,950*
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance activities of the Bulk Products Department and is a working supervisor who provides the required knowledge and skills to maintain the facility’s equipment and structures to optimize operations and meet planned production requirements. The incumbent works closely with the maintenance staff to support the operating schedule.
The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The candidate selected must qualify as either a U.S. citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, asylee or refugee, a national of an unprohibited country with a letter of assurance, or a person approved for an export license. The job offer requiring an export license will be conditional upon Materion’s determination that it can obtain an export license in a timely manner.
