Tyson Foods in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage safety, downtime, budget, and overtime while leading a maintenance/production crew.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance on diverse equipment, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring OSHA compliance. The role offers relocation assistance and requires strong electrical, mechanical, and supervisory skills.
This position is responsible for managing four key goals: safety, downtime, budget, and overtime.
