Job summary

Cottonwood Residential's Antero Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep residents happy by delivering timely, high-quality service. You will oversee make-readies and turnover, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the property.

EPA Type II or Universal certification is required, and a CPO is a plus; a valid driver's license is required to manage the property

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will help residents feel at home in our community by leading the maintenance team in efficiently maintaining their residence! Your strong leadership, attention to detail, and desire to solve problems will be crucial to everyone feeling #HomeAtLast at Antero Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you:

• Lead by example and are a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations.
• Dedicate time to hiring, developing, and providing on-the-job and classroom education opportunities to techs and community care associates.
• Show care and concern for our residents through timely follow-up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Manage the make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in.
• Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance.
• Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components.
• Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while running an accident-free operation.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal is required.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
