Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Groupis looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Live on South federal Apartments. We are offering up to $32/hrs plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage 75,000 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

-Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
-Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
-Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
-Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
-Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

-5+ years’ experience in maintenance
-2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
-Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees
-Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units
-Dry walling including painting and carpentry
-Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
-Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
