• Interior/exterior painting and staining.
• Manage preventative and structural maintenance.
• Handle emergency coverage.

Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community

Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor at Monarch Investment and Management Group.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the Live on South Federal Apartments, offering up to $32/hr, $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

Monarch Investment & Management Group has managed over 75,000 apartment units across 22 states since 1992, ranking as the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country (NMHC 2024). We also operate Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Compensation & Benefits

• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus up to $4,000
• On-Call Bonus: $100/week plus pay for calls

A physical skills demonstration will be required during the interview.
