Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Goshen, Indiana to coordinate the Maintenance department. This position serves as the primary contact for external parties and oversees PMs, projects, and contractor activities.

The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance, strong communication skills, and CMMS/Microsoft Office proficiency. Day shift, with flexible coverage for off-shift and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance department within manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the needs of the Maintenance department across 4 shifts.
• Schedule and plan PMs and projects.
• Manage contractors and vendors; handle quoting, POs and billing.
• Oversee CMMS outputs and maintenance KPI reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Lead direct reports for Maintenance and spares inventory.
• Support maintenance technicians and cross-functional teams.
