Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team in a union manufacturing environment.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause investigations.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve plant performance.
• Manage maintenance schedules, priorities, and resources.
• Lead equipment upgrades and capital project installations.
• Coach employees, provide feedback, and drive accountability.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs.
