We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift to provide leadership and direction for maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This plant-based leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance technicians, storeroom operations, and wastewater resources during the shift, while ensuring equipment reliability, safety, quality, and production performance.
Lead and develop the maintenance team to safely execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while supporting production goals. Drive equipment reliability by improving key performance metrics including OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PM/PdM Compliance, and Schedule Compliance. Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to maximize uptime, minimize downtime, and achieve daily production targets. Oversee work management and CMMS processes, ensuring work orders are properly identified, executed, documented, and completed. Manage storeroom activities, materials usage, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and resource planning to support maintenance effectiveness. Build a proactive maintenance culture through TPM, Reliability Excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, employee development, and performance management.
